Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the apex mobile application and the getapexrider.com website ("apex", "the service"), operated by Ofir Lenderman ("we", "us"). By using apex you agree to these terms.

1. The service

apex records motorcycle rides (GPS route, speed, lean angle and related metrics), shows ride analytics, and lets you optionally share rides with other riders. The free tier includes core ride recording. apex Pro is a paid subscription that unlocks additional analytics and features, as described on our pricing page.

2. Subscriptions & billing

• apex Pro costs $39.99 per year (or the equivalent in your local currency) and includes a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. Pro is also offered monthly at $9.99 and weekly at $3.99 inside the iPhone app.
• You can also buy ride credits inside the iPhone app instead of subscribing. A credit unlocks the full detail of one recorded ride. Credits are a one-off purchase, they do not renew, and they do not expire.
• On the free plan every ride you record is saved and kept. From the sixth ride in a calendar month onwards, the lean angle and score for that ride are shown only with Pro or a ride credit; the ride itself is never refused or deleted.
• apex Elite costs $19.99 per month and includes everything in Pro plus the motion-rate corner data (traction circle, tip-in rate, braking g). Elite is sold through the App Store only and is not available on this website.
• Subscribers who joined before 14 August 2026 keep the price they signed up at for as long as their subscription stays active. A price change never applies to an existing subscription without your consent.
• Purchases made inside the iOS app are billed by Apple through your App Store account and are subject to Apple's terms.
• Purchases made on this website are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle handles payment, invoicing, taxes and billing support for web purchases.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each year until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. See our Refund & Cancellation policy.

3. Your account & content

• You are responsible for your account credentials and for the accuracy of the information you provide.
• Rides you record are private by default unless you choose to publish them. You control ride visibility and account privacy in the app.
• You retain ownership of your ride data. You grant us the limited licence needed to store, process and display it so the service can work (for example showing your published rides to other riders).

4. Ride safely - important

apex is a recording and analytics tool. It is not a safety device and does not encourage speed. Always ride within the law, within your limits, and never interact with the app while riding. You are solely responsible for your riding. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for accidents, injuries or damages arising from your riding.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no unauthorised access, scraping, reverse engineering, impersonation, or uploading unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that break these rules or abuse other riders.

6. Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided "as is". GPS and sensor readings are estimates and may be inaccurate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

7. Changes

We may update the service and these terms. If we make material changes we will post the updated terms here with a new date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
